Just the right weave
These fabric squares are perfect for embroidery.I was given crewel embroidery kits when I was 12 and never lost my fascination for making pictures from stitches.These are tightly woven enough to look like clothing fabric, rather than like cross stitch fabric, but loose enough for the needle to pass through easily.They're also big enough to work a finished piece into a clothing pattern for a unique garment.Very pleased and good value.

This fabric seems better suited to Embroidery than Cross Stich, it is not evenweave.
The '10PCS Embroidery Fabric, White Cotton Cross Stitch Fabrics 30 X 30cm, 21 Count' arrived in a simple bag.This is not what my wife knows as cross stitch fabric, as she is normally works with evenweave. The fabric seems to have a good weight but is unsuited to my wife’s method of cross stitch. I suspect it is most suited to embroidery.
