Order this for hot flashes right before my period and I can feel the difference.I do take it once a day as recommended and on days my basal temperature is higher I take 2-3 times a day.Quality product.I Will order again as I don’t see myself without it.Not the best taste but once you put in water or any drink it’s okay.

As a regular user who's doctor prescribed Vitex, this is the first time to try a LIQUID form instead of capsules.I am not a doctor and I will make no medical claims.This is super easy to take as you just put a dropper full into a beverage. Do note though that the dose is one dropper, but you are supposed to take that 3 times a day, which is different than a once a day pill. So that is up to you if you find that more or less convenient.Seems sweet enough and has no unpleasant taste.Didn't notice any change when switching to this product after finishing up the previous bottle of capsules, so I would guess that that means it is working just as well.AGAIN, I AM NOT A DOCTOR AND I MAKE NO MEDICAL CLAIMS, consult your own doctor on what is right for you.
