I loved this product. The meringue powder was so easy to prepare. Add water and whip. The end product was just the right amount of sweetness and easy to spread. I will be purchasing this product again and again.

1 tsp of this stuff, 1 part simple syrup, 1 part lemon juice and 2 parts whiskey makes for a delicious whiskey sour! Be sure to use fresh lemons. You can reduce the amount of simple syrup too, as the meringue power is also sweet. Enjoy the product immensely.

It’s grainy and must be hydrated in really hot water. Ruined an entire batch of icing.

I loved using the margarine powder for royal icing. It was incredibly easy to use. The box even had directions for making total icing. The icing hardened quickly and thoroughly.

Crystals were unexpectedly large and the mixture took some time/work to get them dissolved. Was OK. But I'm going back to Wilton, which dissolves almost instantly.
