I initially loved this electric scooter – it was smooth, reliable, and fun to ride for my son for the first four weeks. The performance, build quality, and overall design exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, after a month of solid performance, the scooter suddenly stopped working due to battery or wiring issues.On the plus side, the company’s customer service has been exceptional. I reached out, and they quickly arranged for a replacement under warranty. Although the battery/wiring issue is disappointing, the prompt response and willingness to stand behind their product give me confidence that future units will be much improved.Overall, I’m cautiously optimistic about the brand. If you're looking for a stylish and efficient scooter, it's worth considering—just be aware that you might encounter some battery hiccups.

I bought this for my 11 year old daughter for Christmas. It was shipped on time and nicely packaged and the scooter itself felt nice and sturdy like it has good material. My daughter likes the LED lights and they look nice at night. The scooter goes 10mph like it says so it's nice for cruising around the park or around the block. I would recommend for 11 year old or younger or as a beginners scooter. I did have a few issues with it like the bike light not working properly and the switch to make it go go getting stuck but customer support reached out and are rectifying the situation which I greatly appreciate. I'm a satisfied customer.

My kids love it! This is their first electric scooter, and at first, they were a bit nervous about riding it. But after about 10 minutes of practice, they got used to it. The neighbor's kids love it too! It was super easy to set up, very sturdy, well-built, and really easy to use. They've been riding it for three days now, and the battery is still going strong—we haven't even had to charge it yet. Overall, really happy with it!

We purchased this scooter as a gift for our son's 8th birthday. After a few times using it, the rear fender's spring came undone. We contacted customer service and they responded very quick to resolve our issue, sending us a replacement piece. Soon after that, we were receiving an error code. Again, contacting customer service, they were very responsive and sent us detailed videos on how to resolve the issue. We would have gave 5 stars if it weren't for the inconvenience, but things happen. Just glad they were addressed and we now have a fully functioning scooter!

The scooter is well-built, smooth to ride, and the adjustable height makes it great for growing kids. The LED display and colorful lights are a huge hit, making rides even more exciting. The media could not be loaded. Got this for my grandson and assembled it in just a few minute - it is super easy to do with only 3 steps with included tools. Very high quality heavy duty materials and attention to detail such as thread locking compound on the bolts. Has a headlight and reflectors on it for safety as well as glowing LED lights. They can’t be turned off however. The handle bar is easily height adjustable and has nice grips. The coolest thing is the power control on the handle bar that allows various speed settings and is a speedometer. The accelerator and one of the brakes are mounted here as well and have a nice positive engagement. There also is a foot operated brake on the rear wheel.The non-slip covering on the main body is thick and has heavy texture. This is important for starting off on it, as you have to give a kick to get it going before the power comes in. The wheels have actual rubber tires on them rather than just hard plastic. I tested it out on a hardwood floor and they provide great grip and did not scuff the floor. I did a short run and amazingly it easily carried me and I weigh 210 lbs. This has amazing power and I am sure it will be great for a lighter child. With the adjustable speed settings it also affords them a way to gradually build up confidence with it. One last feature I really appreciate is that it breaks down easily and fits into the shipping box which is like a suitcase with a handle. I can store it neatly away until my grandson visits and not trip over it!I am very impressed with this scooter and it is an amazing value! Highly recommended!

Excellent product, especially for children just starting to learn. It has several speeds, which makes them feel more confident. My son loves it.

This scooter is awesome. Present for my 6 yr old grand. It was his favorite gift. I was worried it was going to be too much for him to use. When us adults first tried it in the house, we had a hard time controlling it. But once outside it was easier. His old scooter was a triwheel and we weren't sure about this product. He mastered it pretty fast. It was a hit with his friends. I just ordered myself an adult scooter so I can keep up with him. We are gonna have some fun times. Great value for the cost. The lights on it make it extra special as well as a good indicator you still have power. A bell for trail riding is great too. Charges up in a few hours and we were able to use it for a good 2 hours. It's only been several days, but so far I highly recommend it.
