If I see an ant, I put this out, and suddenly I don't see ants anymore. It's super easy and I put it around and they are gone, so much better than little traps. If I use it inside I just put it on a paper towel and then throw that out after a day and everything is fine.

Definitely buy if you have ants. Same thing an exterminator uses. Works great. Put in an area that your pet can’t get to. We have an enclosed sunroom and I put a little under the windows where dog can’t get to. Was turned on to this by an exterminator uses. Works great & does the job! Definitely buy! Works!

I like that this gel is clear. After watching where the ants were coming and going I added a little bit on their path. They were all gone the next day! It's the same stuff that my pest control service uses but now I don't have to wait for an appointment.

"They didn't see it coming". I woke up to a surprise invasion of ants in a few locations around my house, did my homework, and promptly ordered Optiguard. I then waited patiently (for delivery) as they continued their invasion, knowing that the end was near.A few minutes after the Amazon driver arrived to deliver this package, I located a trail of ants walking on the outside of my house, put on my disposable nitrile gloves, and applied some gel in an area that was out of reach of pets and people that was near the ants. A few ants ran right over to this stuff like it was a free pizza buffet. I came back 10 minutes later, the gel was covered in ants, apparently they told all their friends about the buffet, and so I added more. Came back about an hour later and there were no dead ants around, and no gel remained. Fast forward two days and the ant population was nowhere to be found.About a week after that, I noticed some ants in my basement bathroom. Deja vu- applied some gel, which they swarmed, reapplied more, then they disappeared along with the gel. Now its been a couple weeks and not an ant to be found anywhere in sight.I probably won't ever buy a different ant bait unless this stops working or they stop selling it. Not a pro pest control person, but this made me feel like one!

We have an ant problem every now and then. This product works great and is easy to apply. You do need need to place a large amount in the area where the ants are emerging. The ants will eat the product and carry it back to the nest, killing the Queen. The product is odorless. If you place too much of this viscous liquid, it may be difficult to remove once it has dried. So don't overdo it. I am giving this item only four stars, because although there are multiple syringes filled with the ant killer, there is only one plunger that you have to keep and reuse. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the other cartridges. The company should provide multiple plungers. In fairness, it is very easy to retrieve the plunger and reuse it. Just don't misplace it.

Have been dealing with ghost ants/sugar ants for quite a while now and the Terror gel bait that I was using just didn't work. The ants would be all over my office computer as well as in and around the kitchen and kitchen table as well as my daughter's high chair.Got fed up with seeing them scurry all over the place as well as on myself when working and found about this gem of a gel bait. After reading the reviews I ordered the gel bait, it arrived at my door later that afternoon and got to work.Applied it in several places where the ghost ants are nuisances and within 10 minutes there was a huge gathering on the drops I had placed on my kitchen table and work desk. The ants made quick work of the gel bait and I continued to add more until I didn't see anymore.Fast forward to the following day and I haven't seen any ants on my kitchen table or on my work desk. This stuff works wonders and I will continue to use this until it stops working, which I hope that never happens.
