To start off, I HIGHLY dislike bagless vacuums. I refuse to ever buy one. They are so unsanitary and quite messy when dumping. I had a bagged Oreck that lasted six years under extremely high use. I wanted something that was comparable if not better. This Vacmaster is extremely well made and has amazing pick up power, it checks all of the boxes for me. The bags are a nice polyester/cloth material that trap all of the dirt and dust with very large capacity. This vacuum is by no means loud or overly noisy, she sounds amazing. Please keep in mind that this is NOT a cheap offbrand. (Vacmaster originally started as making wet/dry shop vacs, it is a well-known brand that has been established since 1990). Ignore the reviews that state the brush roll is installed backwards. It is NOT installed backwards as this is Vacmaster‘s way of doing it and I will say it works flawlessly. And don’t even get me started about the vacuum lines! Also the cord is perfect, It just takes a little while for the plastic to relax and become more flexible. If you are looking for an outstanding vacuum that is bagged at an amazing price point, look no further everyone! BTW, I RARELY write reviews so this is definitely saying something! Buy this right now!

Under the skin this machine uses a motor and fan setup almost identical to an Oreck Magnesium or Discover model. The air path and handle are similar to an XL21 Oreck. While this is a cheaply made and less refined machine in comparison it also is nearly a third of the price. Parts are unavailable outside of the bags, belt and brushroll which is also expected for the price and manufacturer. If you go into things with the understanding that should a part break you’ll need to replace the machine it will be a better value with better performance than an Oreck XL commercial at the same price point. Don’t expect too much from customer service or quality control however, Cleva (the company that owns Vacmaster) currently has this listed with the wrong description on their website, no listed parts availability and the link to the manual goes to a 404 page. The chevron style brushroll somehow made it through engineering with the point of the chevron backwards… If anyone from Vacmaster/Cleva monitors these reviews, you may want to correct that… If you could also make a variant of this with a hose and diverter by ripping off the old as seen on TV Garry vacuum I’d sell my soul for one. As someone who has been a fan of the Magnesium model Oreck I’m very glad to have this as a low cost alternative with similar features and performance. Bags are a knock off of the Oreck CC style with a collar different enough CC bags won’t fit without modification, they aren't badly priced compared to Oreck CC HEPA bags, but lack the carbon filtration layer and also appear to be a thinner 3 layer bag. Not a bad option all in for those on a budget.

Does well with dog hair and other stuff. Wish it had a hose too.

If is for you to clean your house them a probably will be a grey backing for you but for commercial application is a big No-No this is not a commercial vacuum cleaner it is not built for commercial use the suction is horrible also one of the wheels came off less than 5 minutes of use......

Great vacuum. Maneuvers very well has a very long cord and suction is great. The only thing I do not like is I'm trying to buy extra bags and I cannot find the same original ones that came with the vacuum which are cloth do not want paper

Bought this over a year ago for my business. Lightweight, easily transported, great suction! How ever with great suction, it clogs way to easily, the suction hoses are too small for the suction power. I do not recommend this for any household with dogs and high shedding cats. I personally have cats and hard wood floor, works great. But for my clients homes with all flooring carpeting with dogs... I DO NOT recommend. This is more for power sweeping when you need to save time sweeping hard wood floors and some medium rugs, not recommend for heavy carpeting.
