I was a Total Gym user for 10+ years and moved with no room for the apparatus or weights so switched to band systems for the last 4 years. I’ve never been satisfied with the banded systems and have purchased some high-end ones that were a pain to use. I came across this resistance based package and about 2-weeks into its use I am very pleased with it! It’s very easy to setup and use, it does have a bit of a footprint but is easily moved and stored. Every accessory you would need is provided and so far is a quality build! Would recommend over some of the more expensive options with the sane technology and mechanics!

I just got the gym and while it does work, it doesn't have 220 pounds of resistance. It only goes up to 110 pounds. Why would they lie about something so easy to verify?! The gym is also so loud. The beeps are way too loud and make early morning workouts, where you don't want to wakeup the house, nearly impossible. I'm very, very disappointed with the fact the gym only has 110 pounds of resistance. I paid a lot for this, thinking that I would get 220 pounds of resistance to work with and nothing is going to make me enjoy this gym until I get what I paid for!!!

So this only is weighted on the pull, then the cables go slack and it slowly rolls back in. For anyone who knows the benefit of the negative contraction this means more than half the workout is wasted. To do the equivalent workout you would need to do double the sets.Then there is the app. After it crashed several times I finally got it to connect. But when it did I couldn't get the weight indicated on the phone to match the one on the app. Even after I power cycled and reconnected the app and it still wouldn't line up. If I changed the weight on the screen the app would change the same amount so they were consistently off.The attachments were the best part. High quality and comfortable to hold.Really disappointed in the product as I had hopes it would be a good device to add to the home gym.

It comes with tricep-rope, barbell, ankle strap, pretty versatile in terms of training different muscles.Quality-wise it looks very sturdy and pretty smart with the computer and app built in it. The computer part charges pretty fast as well.It’s quite heavy though hard to move around, which is good as for stability but also hard to move around, need to slide it on the floor.It works pretty well for me as I dont really enjoy going to the gym as it’s too time consuming for me (traffic and waiting to use the machines) so this works out great for me. Worth the money.

I got this home gym to supplement my full home gym equipment because this offered the cable movements my home gym was lacking. There really isn't anything to setup other than installing the app and plugging in the power cord. The unit is quite light, but does have wheels on it to roll around if needed. If space is a concern, it is small enough the fit under a bed. The accessories the come with the package are good quality pieces and provide pretty much all that you would require for attachments.The app has a ton of different exercise options and there is no subscription required to use the app. The weight settings can be set through the app or directly on the main unit itself and only offers concentric resistance. The cable movements are not as smooth as real cable machines, but still provides good resistance.The U-trainer plus can be paired with this home gym and that would really expand the options available for exercises and workout variety.Overall, a nice home gym that would be perfect for someone looking to supplement their current gym or for someone that doesn't have the space for a full gym setup.

There is a very loud beep every time you change resistance levels, it is very annoying. It is not compact, it is very bulky. Other than that, it works great.

I like it and the resistance feels good. I have little gym experience and I am overweight. This is doing everything I need it to do!
