On the positive side, the ergonomics and functionality of this product are good, and it gave me better results than a competitor’s model. Unfortunately, this is a substandard product.Yes it allows a better shave (better reach to difficult areas) but it does not offer as close a shave as other products. More importantly, it was delivered without the balm nor soap (website state it is part of the kit), and even more important, after a few uses, the motor started up by itself while stored in its box and would not shut off even after repeated attempts of pressing the on/off button. Finally, the metal coating on one of the razor heads already started fading away. I was very diligent in the cleaning process as per the instructions.

Item worked as advertised on arrival. Within 3 months had some issues, but seller replaced items free of charge. With all that said this item works better than many other back shaving products I have purchased over the years. They just need to work on the design a bit more. Shaver needs to lock in better, handle needs to be studier, but works is the better product out there for this issue.

This would be a really good product if it didn’t break so easily. I’ve gone through 2 of these in the past few months and had the same problem with both.Changing one shaving head for the other is an issue. It should just be a simple counter clockwise turn to remove the head but after a few uses the head gets jammed and it can’t be twisted off. Therefore it breaks and $120 goes up in smoke.These aren’t cheap so I expect the quality to be far better than it is. If the quality was better I’d probably rank it 5 stars. That said I’m very disappointed and frustrated.

Mine broke the first time I used it.The shaving head popped out of the handle and broke when it hit the shower's tile seat. The shaving head came apart and I couldn't reassemble it. It needs a way to lock the pieces together. I was being cautious, but not enough, I guess. My package was also incomplete, was missing the "After Balm". The hair removal worked pretty well though, just flimsy plastic handle that isn't secure enough to keep the unit together.

Does the job well. Long handle allows me to reach my full back without any trouble and the shaver does a good job at keeping everything trimmed nicely. The "face" does not come off, so not sure how to clean it, but in the time I have had it, it's working flawlessly. Good battery life too. I've charged it twice in two months and use it every 4-5 days.

Missing shave balm and after shave...terrible quality, and worse, not worth the headache of the questions and security items you have to answer from someone you literally can't understand what they are saying.

I had one minor issue, and contacted the company with my question/concern. Customer service for Bakscape is awesome, and the shaver works perfectly! It's heavy and solid too, doesn't feel light and cheap like other ones I've tried. My teen daughter was even jealous of it after trying it on her arm, and so I'll likely have to get a second one for her.

This is seriously one of the worst Products i think I've ever purchased. It's awful. Doesn't cut well at all!!! Complete waste of Money
