I have never been a huge salt connoisseur ( I always buy sea salt and have tried pink Himalayan) but this salt is so superior to any salt I have used before I love it! Even quality sea salts do not compare. Having tried this one I thought I would experiment further and bought Redmond salt...I am now a committed buyer of this product; nothing else will do for my salad dressings or sprinkled on to cooked food where its' naturally well balanced composition can be fully tasted. It is too expensive for cooking water though so I still use normal sea salt for that.

This is the real deal sea salt. Packed with magnesium and so many other key minerals that we used to get from our food through a now lost mineral rich soil. Makes sense with this salt to think that Roman soldiers were paid in salt! Forget chemically induced table salt, this is the onlly real salt.
