The set arrived with Ellie's head having broken off at the neck. It is such a pain to ship things back and then you have to wait for the replacement. Maybe I can gorilla glue it back on. That would save me a lot of time and grief.

O.K., I admit. I bought these not for the grandkids, but for me. The movie has been a favorite of mine since it first came out, so when I saw these I had to have them. My first thought was to put them in my houseplants, but I already have a lot of gnomes there--and the grandkids love to arrange them for me--so I placed them on and beside the windowsill in my bedroom. They bring a smile to my face every time I see them.Well made, beautiful detail, weighty. Perfect!
