The last order was a faulty/incomplete box (the Chair's Stand Steel Pipe Bar was missing, and the Nut & Bolt were not in the proper size). Once again, I am giving this order for the same item. Manual isn't easy to understand.
The product is not too bad. It's good. Works well. One part was missing. The manual provided isn't easy to understand. The back rest has a hard plastic thing which is a little hard. Overall experience of the product is good for now. It's not been 24 hours of me buying it yet. Let's see how long lasting this is. Also the screws mentioned in the manual isn't what I received. I received small screws more than the long screws. And the height of the chair is too low!
