Pro Blue Vigor Max Male Blood Flow really does boost circulation to the parts that matter most. The dosing is pretty straight forward, and unlike a great many male potency supplements on the market, you get exactly what you want when you need it. The formulation is pretty atypical from what I could research, with many common ingredients. The highlight is that this makes a difference in jump-starting your libido in a safer means. Ask a doctor if you have heart issues though.

Very disappointed in this product. It did absolutely nothing for me

It's mostly L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, and Magnesium. Those are amino acids & an electrolyte. Not surprising, it didn't do a lot for circulation. In fact, I suffered from my foot falling asleep while having taken it a couple of days, which is a sign that it isn't working. In the supplement market, it just can't make you sick for the product to be allowed for sale, it doesn't have to actually do anything, let alone provide enough of the supplement to impact your health.So, although this is okay as a supplement, it didn't do what it promised.

Obviously it doesn't boost your muscle mass or strength like the name implies, but it does noticeably increase my endurance (results may vary). And if you can workout longer, you can build muscle more easily.So it's not magic, but I think it's a sensible part of a workout routine.

Pro Blue Vigor Max came safety sealed with shrink around the cap and a foil seal under it. An expiration date over a year out. It has no appreciable smell or taste. Didn't cause any stomach upset or notable side effects. This is mostly an L-Citrulline supplement but also includes a relatively small amount of L-arginine and dipotassium phosphate. All ingredients which should aid in circulation and energy as they claim, but as with all supplements, your mileage may vary.

So I have tried a few different mens health supplements to good effect in the past...but I got this more for a health issue I have which this can help with overall circulation. Other better mens health supplements I have used in the past had totally different ingredients than this, and worked better, as this seems sortof marketed in the wrong way. As I might have felt a slight improvement in that area....but not as much as with other ones I have tried in the past. As the ingredients seem to be more for just regular blood flow and circulation...not neccesarily tailored to mens health, as other supplements will be.But the main failing here, for me..is the use of a lot of genetically modified ingredients. It is common for a supplement to have 1, maybe 2, but this one has 3, including 1 that no other supplement I take has. (That would be Dicalcium Phosphate, as well as Magneisum Stearate, and Microcrystalline Cellulose.)I am not a super health conscious person, but I do try to avoid taking things I don't need in my body either. So as these ingredients have all been found to be technically safe in food supplements...they are are genetically modified..meaning not natural to the body. So some theories suggest that could perhaps, cause inflammation in a persons body as a result. Some of them also could create allergic reactions as well, so I find its just best to keep it as simple as possible, with the most natural ingredients possible. So I did not realize this supplement had any such ingredients...let alone 3...so I unfortunately cannot recommend it. As it is also not as impactful in terms of male health as other types of supplements I have tried. But...it can likely help with blood flow, and if you do not care about non-GMO ingredients it might still be a good choice for some.

Any results to the layperson are hard to measure and probably take a while to notice, more than one bottle. These capsules contain ingredients that are said to be beneficial with the objective being to support my cardiovascular health, assist with energy requirements with a goal of overall well-being.
