I’ve recently started using sea moss in my peanut butter porridge and have experimented with a few brands, but I’ve certainly found my favourite, I love the texture, it’s very smooth and easy to consume. I usually have it in the morning and that increase burst of energy helps me glide through my work, would highly recommend!

I haven't had seamos for many years so I thought I'd take the plunge and order some Pure Sea Moss.Since I've added sea moss to my diet I've had Much more energy during the day.This is 5* sea moss, recommend, recommend, recommend!!

Not happy about this product!! Tried it for a few days and it gave me horrible gas and tummy ache.I thought it's Irish Sea Moss but this one is from Saint Lucia! On top of that had to pay my own postage as I returned the product! Just be warned!!

Very satisfied

This product tastes awful. Even if you mix it with drinks, there is a lumpy texture. Also this product gives you stomach cramps throughout the day and frequent trips to the loo. Not suitable for those who work / study / leave their house a lot. I gave two stars because it gets rid of bloating but leaves a sore stomach.

Best seas moss I've tasted. The consistency is smooth and minimal taste. The packaging was great and arrived quickly. I'll definitely be purchasing more!

Mix it with smoothies and use it as A face mask
