The media could not be loaded. Good news and bad news,,, bad 1st, my golden retriever puppy that sleeps with me threw up on cushion before I could get to her, yuk! Good news I watched it role right off the cushion, was very cool and a relief!! I just wiped off with damp cloth and hosed off part of frame. All good. And puppy fine, was months ago.Really well made, I was really impressed. I don't recall any problems with instructions. I messed up by turning away while it was on side during build and it blew over and broke. But wood was so solid without any knots. It almost looks fake, but it splintered and glued as wood. So grade A+

Scam product
I just started putting this product together and one-half of the parts’ holes for the bolts have no threads whatsoever. The bolts cannot hold the parts together.I tried calling the 24/7 support and got a voicemail message that they are closed.I tried emailing them twice and both emailed were returned - could not be delivered.
