I've been looking for a good keto safe electrolyte made in India. These qualify for the most part. I think the blue raspberry has the lowest carbs (.3g). And it is great that it is sweetened only by stevia. However, the price per serving compared to other keto electrolytes is quite high. So, if you don't need many electrolytes per day I'd recommend these but if you do need a few glasses a day (for things like muscle cramps), you're going to need 4 boxes per month. That adds up unfortunately. But I really like the flavor better than the other India made electrolytes I've tried.
