this is a pathetic non practical fan1. multiple fans a paired with the same remote now I turn off one fan in one room other room gets effected2. Positive - looks, less noise compared to outgoing electric fan, free installation within 24 hours, packaging, 3 year warranty, remote and featuresNegative - less speed compared to outgoing fan but airflow seems to be same, 1sq wire not provided in box in spite of being a cable company so have to pay extraReducing one star because on crazy voltage fluctuation, the fan stops fully as if it's off.. Old fans will run in reduced speed. No illumination on remote buttons like other brands
