This case is a beast! It is well built, has tons of storage, thick padding, and great quality zippers. The backpack straps are nice, but crucially also removable so they don't get in the way if you don't need them (I don't). I got the 46" version which was perfect for my Ruger American Predator Gen 2 with 22" barrel. I don't think any smaller would have worked.It is great that you can carry two long guns plus some hand guns if you want, as long as you can handle the weight.If there is one drawback to this case it is that the quality of construction makes it fairly heavy for a cloth case. Lifting it for the first time empty I was surprised by the weight. Opening it up and seeing how much padding and protection it provided made me realize where the weight came from. I will be carrying two rifles in this bag so it will be heavy, regardless. If you go to the company website you can see just how much thought and attention went into this bag - it's impressive.When I first started shopping for rifle bags, I thought I would be getting two. This bag allowed me to spare the expense of a second bag, which is great.Bottom line is, I am super satisfied with this case. At some point I may still get a form-fitting lightweight case for each of my rifles, but I don't know, because I could use the money for reloading supplies instead...

I ordered this bag due to the prior reviews, and the price it is offered at. It came in one day (lucky me) and was delivered to my door in a nice heavy box (see pic) once opened I found my bag within a plastic bag for further protection as well as three silica packs to keep things dry. I was more then pleased with the overall look right off the bat, it's heavy duty, well constructed and looks like it should cost much more than it did. Starting with the zippers (see pic), they are large and well constructed, the two sets that open the main bag for your rifles and the smaller pouch for your pistol are both lockable. The zippers track are heavy, wide and the zipper slides effortlessly along them. All zippers have a paracord pull. Opening up the bag's main compartment finding two well padded and separated storage areas for your rifles. There are also two velcro straps and two 1/4 pockets to help tuck away the butt stock and barrel. Next I move on to the backpack straps, they are well stitched, padded, have multiple adjustment points and look to be removable. On the front of the bag there are three compartments each closed with both a clip and velcro. The two on the outer side have a divider and look to be able to hold 2-4 magazines. The larger one in the middle has no divider and is very large inside, it also has velcro on the outside for a patch to be placed. Each one of these compartments as stated are closed with velcro and a clip but once opened they also have an adjustable elastic pull to help keep your items from moving around, one nice touch is the locks on the elastic has a strap so you can't lose them. If these three compartments were not enough, there's also has two zipper compartments with very well stitched mole straps so you can add to this bag. Last but not least on the front of this bag is yet another compartment behind the three pouches for your pistols. Once opened you find two padded compartments for two pistols, the velcro holds tight and the padding will keep your items protected and secure. Also inside you will find two more zipper compartments large enough for a few items but the material might only hold up to softer items being stored within them. The clips are large and all points are well secured. All the stitching is well done, I found no defects and was surprised at how well it was done. All and all, this bag is AMAZING! I was unsure as to what I was going to get at the price but now having it I would have paid more and still been just as pleased.

This was the perfect solution for my basic needs, storage and transport. Well built and designed, rugged and sturdy without being overbuilt. I was worried that it did not have enough pockets, that has turned out not to be true, plenty of space for all you'll need, unless you'll be deploying, or want personally to have everything you own. The price was great as well.
