The media could not be loaded. This is a great quiet time activity for your toddler! We got this because it’s mess free and our toddler loves to color. She doesn’t always like keeping the markers on the paper though so we went looking for something else. This is mess free and the colors do actually fade away after 5 or so minutes.We did leave a marker on it on accident for a few hours causing the water to pool up and now have a faded stain on ours so avoid letting puddles of water sit on it and you should be good to go!Our daughter is almost two and this works perfectly for her. Comes with multiple pens so more than one child or person can use it at the same time.

I purchased this mat for a visit from my granddaughters. It sounded like a good idea, but not so in practice. The "pens" were hard to open and fill, they leaked, so the mat had several small pools of water. I will say it entertained the girls, but needed to be used outside as it was a bit of a mess.
