With any supplement, always talk to your physician before beginning a regimen. These multis have everything a woman may need to stay healthy. The number of vitamins and minerals offered are astounding and have been shown to help with skin, hair, nails, bones and teeth, along with overall well being. I feel better taking these, and hopefully you will, too!

The smell, texture and taste of these vitamins are terrible. They are coated in a yellow powder, have an unpleasant smell and stay with you for hours after swallowing, I will not be re-purchasing.

These are okay, but there are better vitamins. I am unsure if the B12 is synthetic or natural. Vitamin source is important and I question them.

I wish this was more than a 30 day supply but the vitamins are good. I have no problem swallowing the capsules and they contain all the vitamins and minerals you would expect. This should do the trick for my daily requirement.

I purchased these for my daughter, but she mentioned they have a very unpleasant smell. She stores them in a pill case, which makes all the other pills smell awful as well. Unfortunately, I won't be buying these again.

There's powder all over the inside of the vitamin bottle that I got. This makes them quite bitter when swallowing. I do like that they contain iron.

Me Today Complex Woman's Daily came in a 30-count bottle which is equal to a month's supply.The capsules are of an acceptable size and were easy to swallow, but they had a strange, fairly powerful smell that was not typical of the average multivitamin, so I'm not sure what ingredient is responsible for it.This product appears to have a good vitamin and mineral profile, though some of the B-vitamins are a little high in milli and micro-grams. I do question the inclusion of iron as given the typical Western diet high in meat, this is a mineral that very few adults, other than those of childbearing age, need extra of and why it's usually omitted from many multivitamins. It is a fairly small amount, only equaling 28% of the daily value, but still unneeded for those like my wife who is post-menopausal.I also have wonder about including 100% of the daily value of selenium, especially since the label warns about consuming an excess of this mineral and it could become a factor when whole food containing it is added into what is already supplied with this product.Perhaps if it wasn't for the choice of ingredients and the funky smell it would have garnered a higher rating. It is also rather pricey when compared to the average multivitamin, especially given it is only a one-month supply.
