Ok I read the reviews before ordering always a good thing and so try whenever I remember to post my own review. A number of questions about whether this is the right part for this model and so on. Too large, too small etc.My pride and joy is a Hayter lawn mower. engine type 12F802-1325-01. Do make use of youtube if you wonder where to find the engine type etc and of course the manufacturers website. Half an hour of research upfront can save you raised blood pressure later.Briggsandstratton.com is where to go to find out whether you need a 498144 or 499901 recoil pulley and spring with reduced diameter, less than 13cm from memory. In the top right of their main web page search for 'replacement parts' and follow on from there. When you reach the right page showing a full schematic diagram of all the pieces for the part your interested in ie 'alternator, electric starter, electrical, flywheel brake etc' in my case hover the cursor over the part number of the piece your interested in and up comes a box with all the details you will need to buy the right part for the right job. Saves you, the supplier and Amazon time.Oh yes the part was ordered from UK Lawn turned up in 5 days, genuine Briggs and Stratton part, followed youtube howto video and mower back on the road (lawn) again in half an hour. Brilliant!!

Good original part!
Original part in genuine packaging and well made - just saved a fortune buying this and fitting it myself. Quite an easy process - watched a youtube clip on how to replace the part! Would not hesitate buying again.

Wrong measirements
The website description shows a measurement of 20.3 when the actual diameter is 13.7cms. To have an error like this does not help when ordering parts. But the part fitted and is now working okay.

Check wheel size is correct before ordering !
Although this is the same part number as my original the wheel is larger and so did not fit
