Universal Waite - A Great Deck
I just received my Universal Waite Tarot Deck. A wonderful deck. I'm relatively new to Tarot but now have the Wild Wood, Druidcraft, Universal Tarot, Robin Wood and the standard Rider-Waite. I think the UW is a really beautiful replacement for the standard R-W deck. The Rider-Waite deck's colors were so harsh to me - the colors of the UW are much more calm, vibrant, and appealing to the eye. A huge improvement in my opinion. Really like the deck. The deck has already selected me!

You can't go wrong with this deck
As a tarot card reader, I personally prefer the Universal Waite to the Rider-Waite. The coloring is bright and beautiful, without being garish as the "Radiant" Rider-Waite deck strikes me. For my tarot readings, I offer my clients a choice of decks, and this is always one of them. For tarot novices, this is the deck to learn from.
