The stick is very sturdy and well made. It's not super heavy but it does have a little weight to it.I don't know if it would make a great "martial arts stick" as they claim. Only because it is heavier than a staff. But I can see if you have staff training how you could probably use this very easily.But as a yoga stick it is top quality and worth the price.

Be easy to poke someone's eye out with a sharp edges on the ends of these as they arrive with no end caps. The advertisement is misleading there are no end caps. These will scratch your floor and walls.

This is great quality and is nice to have rubber stoppers on the end so you can use it for other stretches against the floor and don’t have to worry about slipping.

I am an avid fly fisherman who uses the slim Panda yoga stick as a wading staff. It is extremely sturdy, supports my movement and balance better than very expensive wading staffs at a fraction of the cost. Thank you Panda for making my life and safety better!

Nice, sturdy wooden stick. I would have given it 5 stars, but it has a few rough spots that I'll have to sand down. All in all though, good value for the price.

The stick looked good,plastic wrap was damaged. Was as if it has been opened or something. The reason I am returning is that one of the end caps were missing.

Is good for me to use for balance for at home pt work-out.
