I bought this for my 13 year old son for Christmas because he is tall. Fits him perfectly and he is experienced in riding electric vehicles since he had an electric mini bike before. This was fairly simple to assemble. The ebike can reach up to 21 mph and tires are nice and thick which makes for a smooth ride. This ebike should last him a very long time even when he gets to his full height.

I’ve had it for roughly a month now 11/10. The shipping was 300$ which I would think is extremely steep but after I got the bike I realized with the total price of everything I actually got a really nice bike for good price, the company is awesome as well and actually fixes issues you may come across. Example, I bought mine with the bag and I didn’t realize it for about 3 days or so and I already threw the box and everything away and they still sent me a new one and it showed up in just a couple days. They did say they would send a phone holder as well as an apology gift in a way, and I didn’t get that I don’t believe but overall not upset at all. I can say the tires do seem kinda cheap I replaced those immediately because of how many goat heads we have where I live, but other than that perfect! Pedal assist works awesome and holds pretty good power up hills, the battery last quite a long time, and it’s not to difficult to put together. (I used to semi build bikes tho so maybe that’s just me)

Very good bike very sturdy easy to build and it goes pretty fast. Would definitely recommend it.

It's a really nice bike. I read it and I checked the height and then checked it again so if your a short person then don't get it. Cause it's to tall for me. It was ok to put together . It's functional.the battery was dead so I charged it up to just see how things work.They do need to come up with better instructions on how to put everything together. And to operate the electric. I just need to relearn how to ride this bike.

Ordered the bike March 20, received it March 25. Assembled it according to directions and took it for a very quick ride around the neighborhood. Rear tire gave to ride a bump, bump, bump up and down. Unrideable, unsafe. Now April 14 the seller refuses to take it back under warranty unless I pay for shipping. 19 emails later (that take 24hrs for them to respond) the tire still isn’t fixed. I’m 75. Bought it to go around the campgrounds. just got the credit today. I’ve have no idea how to take that electric motor, wheel, gears, cables. Now I have to load it up and take it t a bike shop for repair. I can’t even pick it up. Problem is the rear tire is not properly mounted onto the wheel. Shoddy workmanship. Very poor inspections. Should never have been shipped. Maybe I will get to put a hole mile on it soon.

Great bike quality speed and range for the price. Headlight came broken but customer support was extremely helpful and replaced it free of charge immediately
