Loved it
I’m a big tea person, however, I was nervous about the taste due to other reviews. Personally, I enjoyed the flavor it’s not a very strong tea, the flavor is kind of weak, so I would brew two tea bags at once to try to enhance the flavor then mix it with a little honey or maple syrup and it became one of my favorite teas. As far as lactation help I will give this tea all the credit because I went from barley pumping 0.5 ounces from both sides to pumping 4 ounces each side, but beware this tea does make your armpits stink a little extra because of the fenugreek.

Let’s lower that milk supply!!!
The tea tasted good. Was easy to drink. I had the amount it says on the box. Helped reduce my milk supple in just a few weeks.

Quality tea
Has a bold taste, but hopefully helped in the long run. Was easy to enjoy and made me feel like this was truly a great quality tea.

Good tea
Lost a star because sometimes the string detaches from the tea bag and the herbs go through the hole.

Raspberry leaf tea
I started raspberry leaf tea at 32 weeks, originally with what I found at Walmart which was traditional medicinals brand. Walmart didn’t have any in stock so I bought this. First of all, the packaging for each tea bag is WAY too small - you have to be incredibly careful when opening that you don’t tear the tea bag. Second, the string for the tea bags is like hooked onto the bag so you have to pull it off to unhook it and then pull the rest of the string out of the bag which caused me to loose one of the strings - the strings are also incredibly fragile. Third, after brewing and allowing to steep the pot was filled with a weird oily film. This same thing happened with the other brand as well. I just find it strange given it’s supposed to be organic/all natural and makes me question the validity of that claim. The only reason I didn’t go for brands that I trusted may have actually been organic (because I’ll always question these bigger brands/boxed typed stuff) is because they weren’t in individual tea bags and there seemed to be some quality control issues (random stuff found in the tea). With the previous tea it was very clear how many ounces of tea each bag made so I was using 8 bags for a gallon pitcher - these bags didn’t say ounces just that it was one cup which SHOULD mean 16 ounces but you never know - so I used 8 tea bags for my gallon pitcher again (just to be safe). I put the tea, half of a cup of sugar, and 7 scoops of strawberry lemonade mix and then fill the rest with water the same as with the previous brand and noticed that this pitcher was much more tea colored than pink from the lemonade so I’m assuming either these bags are for more than 8 ounces of tea each or these tea bags are somehow stronger tea. Either way, taste is the same in my little mixture so as long as they all serve the same purpose and the oil film isn’t some kind of carcinogen then I’m happy.***editing to add that I’m not sure how helpful it was for labor. I was in labor from about 4:30AM until 9:59PM when she was born but I was only pushing about an hour. For what it’s worth I went completely unmedicated as well.

Bags poorly made, tea is good
Decent tea for affordable price, using for labor prep but currently still pregnant so not sure if it helps. Biggest issue is the tea bags are very poorly made you can easily rip them when opening the packet and there is loose tea powder that is outside of the tea bag. Wouldn’t buy again due to these issues

It may have helped with my easy birth...
Well here my experience: i don't like tea at all so I can really say I enjoyed drinking it, but it wasn't bad though, I would make and drink it cold, 3x a day from week 36 until birth (39w +).I was pretty scared to be induced or get unnecessary procedures so I did my home work about making sure I was going to labor my own and make it easy as possible.Combined with the tea I ate 6 date fruit/day, I inserted primrose oil every night after 37 weeks, I was bouncing in the ball every night after 37 weeks. The night before going to labor I made my husband massage all my labor points (acupressure) with all pressure then right before bed I was bouncing in the Pilates ball and stimulating my nipples for about 10min that's when I felt my 1st contraction (what I though then was just a cramp). I went to bed at 12am and that went away, I woke up again to pee at 3 (it felt like I was going to), that's when I felt a really sharp pain for about 15secs, and I started to bleeding. I thought it was my plug passing, I went back to bed, then I got the very same pain at 4, 5, 6am, it was getting stronger but always would go away after 15 secs perhaps less. The blood became intense, but I still didn't go to the hospital, we had call the nurse and she said it was probably my plug, and at 39 weeks with a health pregnancy I don't think anything bad was going to happen anyway, so o didn't worry. The pain stopped and came back at 7am, 7:30am then I just got another one at 9am! My parents and husband started to wonder if I was in labor, I was expecting all those signals we hear and read about and clearly I had none of them, my stomach wasn't hard or contracting with the pain, no back pain, no broken water, and my "cramps" was very inconsistent. When 9am came I got 3 contractions in 9 minutes that's when we decided to go to the maternity, I took a shower and the pain that would come was very tolerable, when I finally got the hospital and they checked me up for dilation I was 8cm, 10min later I was already 9cm! It was 10:30. They hooked me up in machines and I was confined to bed what made me not tolerate the pain anymore and I begged for epidural, what ending up slowing the process, I gave birth at 2:30pm, 4hours to get to the last 1cm to start pushing it. They broke my water right before starting to push. My baby was born with 20" and 8pounds 11oz.I would say it was an easy birth and could have been faster if it wasn't the epidural. The pain was manageable until they put me in bed, I really didn't know I was in labor, I though I was just getting cramps and decided to go to the hospital In the morning in case it wasn't gone.I'm not sure if it was the tea, or the combination of everything else, I just know that it made me labor home 90% just like I wished, I wanted to have a free drugs birth but i chickened out, anyway, all those things really did something!Ooh I would always have cramps during the pregnancy with 30 weeks it started to really hurts, when I started to drink the tea I didn't get any cramps anymore until birth! And I didn't get any Braxton like everybody else mentioned they did.
