Reduces tennis elbow pain whilst weight lifting. The extra strap is also v good at reducing the pain.

Good stuff. I got this as I've started developing tennis elbow. These supports are absolutely lifesavers to me right now, I feel the twinge of pain coming on and I slap on my support, it eases my pain and gives just a little bit more comfort than there was. Definitely recommend these, easy to sort out and does the job. Two of them, too!

Value for money did the job no complaints

I've got some niggling pains in my elbows, ironically not because of the workouts that I do but because I sit at a desk all day working on a computer. To help allieviate the pain I thought I'd see whether these would work while I'm doing whatever workout of the day, and they actually really do lend a nice bit of pain mitigation.The material is a nice expanding knitted kind of texture, and tight enough to feel supportive. The wraps give even more comfort and a sense of support, and can be adjusted to suit your needs.I don't think I'll benefit much from the silicone pads; I have knee wraps that utilise those on the patella but I've personally got no need for them on my elbows. I am sure they're there for a reason and that some people will really benefit from them. Perhaps they're purely there for holding the wraps in place without affecting the joint too much.
