Great book
I recently delved into 'Introducing Second Language Acquisition' from the Cambridge Introductions to Language and Linguistics series. The book offers a comprehensive overview of second language acquisition, covering key theories and research in an accessible manner. The author's approach is informative without being overly complex, making it suitable for both students and those interested in the subject. The inclusion of real-world examples enhances the understanding of theoretical concepts. Overall, a valuable resource for anyone seeking a solid introduction to second language acquisition.

Horrible Index
I'm using this book for a Second Language Acquisition course, and I don't like it much. My biggest problem with it is the terrible index. Hardly any of the important terms or people are included in the index or even in the glossary. This makes reviewing very difficult because I cannot find the correct chapter or page without wasting time searching the entire book.
