Was really hopeful this would work even though the battery capacity is far above factory specifications. I've changed iPhone batteries many times on many different iPhones so I was familiar with the process. This Luuzkla battery fits perfectly inside the phone but it didn't come with the three long longitudinal tape strips that usually hold the battery in place. Instead there are just two short horizontal tape strips supplied. The problem started after I plugged the battery connector in. I made sure it was secured properly like always. On this one, the plastic arm that holds the connector doesn't seem quite long enough to comfortably get the plug to the connector. After adjusting the battery 1-2 mm, I was able to plug it in. When I reassembled the phone, the screen started getting staticy, then eventually disappeared. I disassembled the phone and tried the plug again. This time the phone wouldn't even boot up. Multiple attempts at making sure the battery connector was plugged in properly produced the same result; the phone would not boot up anymore. I'm returning this battery and getting a different brand, something closer to the original factory specs. Hopefully the phone hasn't been permanently damaged.

Seems good. watched 3 vids on yt for my exact phone. worth the time. could've used some info. on the sticky stuff because i couldn't get it off the plastic sheet if was supposed to so left the whole sheet on battery- maybe right maybe wrong but it's in there.

I successfully installed the battery and it worked, BUT, if you have not done this before you MUST watch the YouTube video. If you are not somewhat technically inclined, handy, and super-careful, then stop and find someone who is. But if you watched the video and feel okay about it you will probably be fine, as I was.So we'll see how the battery life does, but otherwise the product is good.

I got this 11500 mAh rated battery for the iPhone 6s Plus as the 3900 mAh (non-OEM) one didn't last two (2) years - (see photo).Based on the performance of the old one, this heftier 11,500 mAh battery should last about 5 to 6 years before tanking out.But what surprises me is that despite its higher capacity, the size is even slimmer than the 3900 mAh one it replaced! Its newer Li-Poly battery cells and better temperature protection won't generate so much heat inside the phone because of its extremely high capacity (3X the old one this replaces).I opened the same phone twice, so replacing it with this new high-capacity battery is routine. The old battery also came with all the required tools; now I have duplicate tools! Hopefully, the vendor will sell them without the tools (just the battery and adhesives) at a much lower price.Note that while the usual replacement adhesive to secure the iPhone's 6S screen to the case is included, this kit doesn't come with the more traditional three (3) pieces of adhesive strips to hold the battery in place.As an alternative, two (2) shorter (horizontally oriented) adhesives with a provision for a more effortless lifting of the battery via a tab (for future replacement) were utilized—see photo.I would update this review to let prospective buyers know how the battery is faring over the next few months.Meanwhile, I'm giving the unit the highest 5-star rating for its extremely high capacity, perfect fit on the iPhone 6S Plus, and excellent quality connector to the phone's logic board!

My iphone 6S+ is now (with this item) on its third battery replacement. OK, it gets a lot of use. Haven't had this long enough to rate its longevity, but this is the highest-rated in terms of the capacity (in mAhours). Will update this review as necessary.My only gripe is that the instructions tell you to watch the video to learn how to perform the replacement, and not only is there no URL pointing to the video, but I cannon find a Luuzkla-specific video using my standard (name redacted so Amazon doesn't cancel the review) search engine. Fortunately for me there are two other videos out there on battery replacement for iPhone 6S+. Luuzkla does recommend that you cycle the battery down to near-depletion and up to full charge eight times after installation, which of course is good advice, but this warning is not really emphasized in the written instructions (and in neither installation video I was able to find).Recommended pending experience with lifetime.
