I love K-beauty I found that this has made a huge different in my skin and leaves my skin feels so hydrated.This feels so good on my skin and is a great way to start my skin care routine.I use this for my day and night skin care routine and would definitely be repurchasing!

I was not familiar with this type of product, and while I received this skin toner as a promotion, my rating is based on whether I would purchase it for the retail price of $17. I’ve tried other similar products which are usually cream or gel based, and while they have been effective, they tend to leave some residue or appear oily. This product applied very easily and did not leave any type of residue or stickiness. It felt soothing, and there was no irritation. There is no strong scent to speak of. After a couple of days, I did feel that my skin appeared to have better complexion and felt softer. Even though it is not a cream or gel, I felt that a little bit went along way, and that the amount for the price is actually very reasonable. I’m not familiar with most of the ingredients in this product, the description seem to be very safe as they seem to be more natural products as opposed to chemicals that I’m not familiar with.

I have very sensitive skin but I have had luck with rice water toner before so I was excited to try this. Unfortunately, my skin did not react well to it. I tried it once and it stung my skin. I tried again the next night, thinking maybe my skin had just been super sensitive the day before, and it stung again. I won't be trying it a third time. It is a pretty sharp stinging sensation. My skin is well hydrated and has no open cuts. I don't understand why it stings but it is a uniform sharp, stinging sensation across my face where the toner has been applied.

I really wanted to like this tomer, because it has quite a few rice ingredients in it and the ingredients are all very focused with little additives. Unfortunately, I found it to be very astringent and it stung a lot every time I used it. I thought it might get better with time, but after 5 days of use and it stinging every time, I've given up on this toner.

I am in two minds about this rice water toner. On one hand, my skin seems happier when I use it. It leaves my skin hydrated and soft. My skin also looks clearer, and I haven't had a single sensitivity or redness problem.This toner smells a bit earthy and it's unlike any other rice water toner I've had. However, I can't get past the smell of sake extract. Since I have to use sake a lot in certain recipes, it's very weird for me to also be using it in my skincare. I probably personally wouldn't get this again because of this reason, even though the effect of the toner is quite good.

I've had several toners in my collection now, none are brand names, but some are Korean skin care. This Japanese rice water toner is really amazing! It arrived tight sealed on the outer bottle, and another layer of tight seal inside the cap which is really nice! Expiration date is 2026/04 so it's fairly fresh. I tried one or two drops ONLY on the back of my hands when my hands are kind of dry, and I rubbed it out evenly. Did not expect two little drops of toner would do much, but it did make my skin look very refreshed, hydrated, and stay hydrated for quite some time. I would say it also added some smooth silky texture within the two drops I tried on. WOW! I am blown away by the effects this little bottle of toner can do! I would highly recommend, this stuff is AMAZING!
