Poor experience with one but the other worked and customer service excellent
Recently bought this item for a holiday in India. Firstly, it is quite heavy and on some hotels it wouldn’t stay in the socket. More importantly one stopped working after a week.On the positive side the other worked fine and the multi-purpose socket was useful. Would always take a simpler version as backup.Also, the seller responded and provided a refund on the faulty product very promptly.
