A practical guide for a better life.
As the title says, the author described the fundamentals of thoughts and where it emits etc,, However it encompasses practical guidelines to follow. Regarding Manifestation, one has to believe and follow.

Great Book
Very informative and detailed explanation provided about the connection of the conscious and sub conscious. I personally loved it.

The techniques are good but this book feels more like a regret story.
The techniques mentioned are great but it feels like the author is writing the book reminiscing the fact that he could have been there for his family more but instead, he spent his time being busy with his business. I think in life you must be willing to pay the price of success. There's no point in regretting about things you sacrificed. So a lot of the author's wisdom comes from his own regrets.

You will understand everything about manifestation better and in a vary short time through chat gpt. I didn't like the book.
