Generally the product is good, that is why I ordered multiple items, it is just a bit inconsistent in terms of quality. The last batch one polo arrived with the arm cuff stretched out and lost its elasticity. Returned the item, was picked up, but takes tooooo loooong to get a refund. The items took a bit long to arrive, coming from outside UAE, that is why it is very disappointing to get a damaged item and refund takes even longer. I hope the next batch will be better.
