Received my product and went through the install process. It was not to bad and instructions plus YouTube’s. Unfortunately everything works but no sound!! Be prepared to reach out to the seller. Unfortunately it’s through what’s app and you have to wait for someone to call you back so I unfortunately have no sound!! I was hoping someone helped but unfortunately I just received generic auto responses and no personalized assistance. Returning the product and I have now lost hours having it installed and uninstalled.

Got this for my Benz, and while the screen looks good and CarPlay works when it wants to, the compatibility with the factory system is a mess. The rearview cam and entertainment system didn’t sync well, and I had to troubleshoot almost every ride. Bluetooth was unreliable too. Honestly, it’s more headache than it’s worth unless you love fixing stuff every time you drive.

Everything was going very well until yesterday when I tried to reverse and my camera simply did not appear on the screen. Before, it was visible, but now it simply stopped working.
