Easy to put together
Looks quite smart and gives more room when needed and slides together for more room on surface when not needed. Good drain away and really sturdy. Does stand at an angle but that’s for drain away so don’t worry. Good buy.

Good quality but there are better alternatives for the price
This drainer was purchased to replace an ageing wire frame drainer that didn't have a plate rack or cutlery tray. The drainer is well made, constructed of substantial stainless steel with a black plastic coating and finished off with wooden handles. It is reasonably compact, meaning that it will fit onto smaller sink drainers without overhanging. The plate rack holds plates securely enough without them falling over (an issue with cheaper drainers), and the cutlery tray can be moved to place it where it is most convenient. A nice touch is the plastic tray in which the drainer sits, which either keeps your sink drainer clean, or means that you could actually place the drainer on a worktop as an extension of your sink drainer if you have a lot of washing up to dry. I have seen some drainers where the tray slides under the drainer as an integral part, but in this case it is separate and the drainer is placed on top of it.Overall it is a good quality item and looks good in the kitchen, but one star has been deducted as for the price there are alternatives which have more and better organised draining space.

Well made, looks good in the kitchen and relatively compact.
🔹INTRO & DESCRIPTION🔹I have had several dish drying racks over the years ranging from plastic, to metal, my most recent one being a two-tier rack. Although I liked the two tiers, it was rather too large for just the pair of us, and also blocked the view from the window when it was loaded. This rack arrives protected in plastic, and is made from stainless steel with a black coating. It features a removable drain board, non-slip feet, wooden handles and a removable cutlery holder. It is apparently rust resistant.🔹OPINION🔹&🔹CONCLUSION🔹Firstly, I couldn’t decide in which position I preferred it. As you can see from my photos, I tried it in a “portrait” and “landscape” position. Initially I had the cutlery holder on the inside, as I thought it would be better to have the cutlery draining into the tray, but I soon realised it was taking up valuable space, so I hooked it to the outside edge.It does look much neater on my draining board than the two-tier rack I was using prior to this, and it does make the kitchen look brighter and more spacious, which is important in a small kitchen. The wooden handles add a sense of style and complement my worktops and the lids of my storage jars.In conclusion, I am very happy with this rack. It is ideal for two people, looks neat, appears well made, and I just hope the anti-rust claim stays true, as rust was a problem with a previous wire rack bought on the high street.Thank you for reading my review, and I hope you have found it helpful.

Strong and quite stylish for a drying rack.
This sturdy dish rack is made from welded steel wire and flat bar, with a shiny black coating that seems to be pretty durable so far. I think this construction is inherently easier to clean, and to keep clean than plastic versions. I am not so sure about the wooden dowels which slot over the top edges, and, apart from lending some aesthetic interest, don't have a role unless you carry your rack around a lot. The rubber cylindrical feet are more useful, perhaps. The raised plate-separator wires lean slightly, meaning that plates and saucers will stand up only if facing in one direction. If you want them on the left, they will have their back to you. The two-compartment plastic cutlery drainer clips onto the top rail, but it has plain drainage holes rather than a chute, so if it's hung on the outside of the rack, the water might fall beyond the edge of the draining board. This and the optional tray are of fair quality, but could be nicer.Overall, this is a practical and fairly stylish drainage rack, but we preferred a similar one we had that lacked the wood trim. The current price is £19.99.

Gets the job done
This dishrack is pretty basic but of decent quality, sturdy and versatile in how it can be used. The rack is medium sized so I'd say it's best suited to households with 1-3 people but households with more people may find it to be too small. My draining board I would say is just a typical size measuring at 40 x 46cm and the dishrack is 40 x 30cm so it doesn't take up the entire draining board leaving a 16cm gap. That's perfectly fine though I can sit glasses, cups and cereal bowls next to it.The best thing about this dish rack though is the drip tray which makes it a bit more versatile because if there's a lot of washing up to do I can remove the drip tray from under the rack and put the tray on the worktop surface which creates some additional space for my to drain stuff which is great. It's designed more or going on the worktop rather than the draining board, hence the drip tray, but I knew exactly how I would be using it.The rack is also light and has wooden handles on each side to easily lift and move the rack. There's also a cutlery holder with drainage holes which hooks onto the side of the rack and can be moved to were I want it to be and there's non-slip feet on the bottom of the rack so it doesn't slide around and protects the metal from coming into contact with water it may be standing in.Overall really happy with this draining rack!
