It Makes a Nice Workout Watching TV
Easy to get in the habit of a few sets of 40. Every little bit helps. I took one star off because it could use some more padding on the thigh pads.

Easy to Use
Many years ago I had one of the old style thigh masters, this has been redesigned and is much more comfortable to use. Therefore, I believe I am using it more. It's also more compact, so I can use it at my desk without it being bulky.

This item would be best for older or younger people with not much strength
This item is not made for people with much strength. It is too easy with not enough resistance sadly, I would not recommend this for most people.

Poorly made / Junk
Very disappointed with this purchase. As soon as I opened the product and used it for the first time, the main leg piece fell off. I was able to push it back in with some force and continued to use it. It been about 3 weeks maybe and pieces keep fall off and I have to keep snapping them back on. One of the pieces is complexly broke and it clearly arrive that way. There is not much resistance either. But I'm more disappointed in the poor quality of the product.

It works
This brings me back to the 80s and 90s. This product works great. I would have given 5 stars but it is a little uncomfortable on my inner thighs if it’s not placed perfectly.
