I’ve had 3 pairs of these over the course of 15 years. I only buy new ones because blade changes never work out as planned and I feel the motor gets weaker as years go by, especially being that I use them weekly to cut my hair. With that being said the quality in my newest set isn’t as good as previous ones, they aren’t as sharp and don’t cut as close as I am used to. However I still recommend them to anyone who cuts/shaves their hair weekly, even though they aren’t as good as they once were, they are still far better than their competitors, especially wahl

Purchased these for my son in law .He loves them ,Great quality,Works great ,speed is excellent.Very easy to use excellent value for the price. light weight.Nice to plug in always fast and battery will not run out .Great item for haircuts

This is a great trimmer for black men hair. You will need to eventually replace the blades with a proper t-outliner blade and zero gap the blade for maximum cut. Overall the body is nice, and if maintained, is well worth a $35 price point. It will last about 2 years before the motor dies. The body doesn't get hot and it is not as loud as my pro andis trimmers. If you want durability buy the more expensive ones. If you want value, this is a good buy.

I do my own shape ups and. Have a bald head. I have had maybe 5 of these over the past 15 years. I change the blades on my own. The only reason they haven’t lasted me longer and keep replacing them is allowing other people to use them and they get dropped. Recommend only using andis brand replacement blades. The generic do not work so well.
