The first delivery was sent back. It was obviously a defective, previously returned item: it had been re-packaged and the primary shaving head would fall off as soon as the razor was turned on. Amazon promptly issued a refund and quickly shipped a "new" replacement. Kudos for the quick refund and replacement but demerits for allowing a defective product back in the distribution stream.The razor it self is a bit heavy but the weight seems consistent with comparable razor designs. Definitely not a "travel lite" type razor. Lots of different heads; most attachments included are designed for cutting head hair. I have not tried all the heads but the ones I used seem sharp and work okay. Have not used it enough to verify battery run time but the digital display is nice and battery strength and longevity seem adequate. Overall a decent utility razor for the price. I will update this review if my opinion changes with extended use.
