While it didn't work for how I wanted my setup to be, it is definitely well-made and a quality powder coated piece. I will not hesitate to order again if I need one in the future.

I recently acquired a mini bike with a Predator 212cc engine that was not running. Before I tear into it to get it going, I wanted to gather some parts I may need so that I can keep the project moving once I get started.One of the things that I plan on doing is to convert from the centrifugal clutch to a torque converter. From the research that I have done, I know that I will have to use come kind of riser plate to raise the engine up for torque converter clearance. When I saw this adapter kit on Amazon, I thought I would give it a try.One of the things I like about this kit is its adjustability. The plate to mini bike frame mounting holes are slotted to allow for left to right adjustment to help with chain alignment. And the engine to plate holes are slotted front to back to help with chain tension adjustment. The latter should be especially helpful for me because the engine mounting plate on my mini bike does not have slotted holes.This adapter plate appears to be pretty well made. I measured the thickness with my digital caliper and it was about 2.6mm or .102 inch. This should be equivalent to 12-gauge steel, which I believe should be heavy enough.Hardware that comes with this kit includes eight M8 bolts, four that are 40mm long and four 20mm long. These bolts are Class 8.8 which is a medium strength fastener roughly equivalent to SAE grade 5. If you need something different and have SAE fasteners on hand, 5/16-inch bolts would work. Also included are serrated flange nuts, flat washers, and lock washers.I am looking forward to installing a torque converter on my mini bike and using this riser plate. I will update this review if I find anything else worthy of note.

not super sturdy(not surprising).....upgraded the bolts because the suplied ones were small, fair warning if your engine has a rougher idle it will shake alot, put a built 224max predator on it and shook like crazy untille was braced, get what you pay for, fuctions for my use untille i can built something better

If you're doing a 212 swap on a megamoto MB 80 this is a perfect fit. With the angled plate, you have room for an aftermarket intake and carb. This is a good budget option.

It will start moving after running your motor. Don’t recommend.
