This is about 1/4” smaller in both width and height than the OEM filter. Nothing you can’t fix by taping around the edges, but it’s not the right fit.

Works well in my shop. I replaced an old warn out filter in my jds unit with it and the air quality meter in my shop is recovering faster then it used too.

I received two of my grandfather's air filtration units to handle fine particles like dust MDF while woodworking. The filters in the units were pretty dusty and needed replacing. Many of the pocket air filters I saw were a different size with two large pockets. These Carmerny pocket air filters fit the air filtration units perfect and the foam gasket keeps the seal tight.

I am pretty sure that the old Delta machinery company was the first to make this style shop filtration unit. I have one I bought in the late '90s and have used in my home workshop ever since. It was made in the USA and still was reasonably priced back in the day. Now it looks like a factory in Taiwan or China or somewhere is making copies of this which are sold under a number of other brand names. The original Delta company is long gone though the name is owned by one of the Chinese companies today. Fortunately, this replacement filter is a great fit in my old Delta box. I did have to remove the black foam weatherstripping from the very top side of the new filter. This was easily done but I end up with a nice snug fit with just the side and bottom rubber bits still on the filter frame. Now I'm good to go for several years at a time with this replacement filter. The replacement filter is also made in China now as is the way of today's world. These units use an outside pre-filter much like a traditional home furniture AC filter. That outside filter gets the vast majority of the big particles and leaves the inner pocket type filter to only get the smallest stuff. That's a good deal because the outside filters are readily available and inexpensive to replace. I go through 10 to 20 outer filters for each one inner filter I need.
