Works well on blister prone areas on tough walking terrain. I have tried a lot of well known brands, and they either come off within a few hours or take off your skin when removing it. Always soak your feet in warm water before removing the plaster. This isn't the case with this tape. This even stays on after 2 days in the shower. This is the best tape I have used. I have had just about every brand available. This tape is great quality, and sticks well to the skin for protection and support during long sports sessions. Great value roll considering this is 10m in length. Really effective as it protects the skin, doesn't come away easily once applied but not so sticky it damages your skin when removed. This is a reel of Zinc Oxide Tape. I do a hell of a lot of hiking and running. My shoes, boots have been fitted, I always use high quality socks like Stance or Bridgedale. But after a 20-30 mile hikes. Before with any tape. I would always end up with blisters. Especially on holiday with no socks on, and new shoes on. I can't praise this enough. Forget plasters, all companies talk how good they are but they don't hold up. These don't want to come off, as I said also prevents you from getting blisters in the beginning too. I always read reviews. I thought for the price, plus 10m roll. I can't see this lasting, like all the rest. Well it does and it does a brilliant job at too. I would highly recommend this tape. I am in the armed forces, so a lot of the lads have used the role already, and they all said the same. Simply brilliant stuff. It just a pity they don't sell it in a 3 pack. But for the price of under £6 for 10m. Is brilliant. Definitely spreading the word, I would highly recommend this tape. Even the ladies in high heels with soft skin. Already put another order in 👍

For the price could be wider but that is my fault for not reading the info shown on the advert. i have tried and it is not very sticky, or not good enough for using it on the sole of the foot, it lasted 20 minutes

Great zinc tape , excellent quality, stays on well and didn’t irritate my skin as another brand did.

My first outing in Scarpa boots, which all the reviews said didn't need breaking in, and I got a huge blister.Used this on the next walk and all of them since; no more blisters.It's fairly sticky, but comes off easily enough in the bath.

Good quality tape and sticks well to the skin. I got it for preventing blisters in my new shoes and it does the job!

Don't waste your money on this C##p! waste of money! it barely sticks despite claiming tape is super sticky! Its NOT!!!Nothing like Leukotape P tape! It might be ok if you don't play sports and don't sweat otherwise don't buy it!!!

Really good adhesive quality, the stickiness is far better than ones I’ve previously tried and given it’s much more affordable, I was quite surprised.The sport tape’s width was ideal for me and its managed to stayed on even when it’s gotten wet. I mainly purchased it to prevent blisters on my ankles when going on runs but even use it before wearing my shoes to work nowadays. Peeling it off was also quick and not rough on the skin at all!
