I didn't notice a difference taking these. Meh.

This supplement is meant to address issues related to water retention like swelling. This product is described as being natural and has an interesting blend of ingredients. This supplement does not work as well as the water pills my doc prescribed for me recently, but it does seem to increase the frequency of me urinating. The package is pretty standard and has the basic tamper proof features. The capsules are also pretty standard and as easy to swallow as other supplements. There are 90 capsules in a bottle, and you are supposed to have 3 capsules per day, so a bottle is to last just 30 days. The quality of the ingredients seems to be good. It's my opinion that anyone using this should run it by their healthcare professional to make sure it's safe for you. I do find the price point to be high, but I wouldn't be using this long term like I use other supplements.

Packaging was great. The labels are easy to read. the pills isn't hard to swallow. No flavor, and so far no side effects. i did notice less swelling in my leg.

The serving size is 3/day. The ingredients may have some effect on reducing water retention, but as much as I prefer a "natural" product such as this one, it simply is not nearly as effective as what my doctor can prescribe.This may be fine for those with mild water retention issues, yet for health conditions causing this, seeing a doctor to get to the root of the issue is a better plan, I think. Even if you do decide to go a "natural" route, it would be best to discuss the supplement ingredients and your symptoms with your doctor.This came boxed, and the bottle was also well sealed, both inside and out. The gelatin capsules were all intact and have no smell or taste.
