Outset Stainless Steel Ice Packs, Set of 2 Travel Ice Packs, 7” x 4.75” x 0.5”

These stay cold for a really long time. My kiddo’s lunch sits in her lunchbox for about 6 hours. Some of the other ice packs I’ve tried weren’t keeping her food cold until lunch. This one has been working well. She tells me her lunch is still relatively cool when she eats it. I also like that it’s easy to clean. It’s just smooth stainless steel with no crevices for gunk to hide. My only complaint is that it’s heavy. It definitely weighs more than a typical ice pack of a similar size. If weight is a concern maybe skip this one. Otherwise it’s great!If you use a Planetbox Rover Lunch bag it fits well in the cold pack sleeve.

These are amazing. Absolutely worth the price. I use 2 inside my lunchbox and they stay cold from 6am-3pm keeping my perishables good. They are thin enough to fit with 2 tupperwares. In my freezer, they stand up fizzing in a narrow spot.

I’ll start off with this. They seem to be well made BUT, the size stated in the listing is not the size I received. This may not be an issue for some of you and I know it sounds petty but I needed a specific size. The listing states they are 7 inches by 4.75 inches. That’s the exact size I needed for my application. The actual size is 7 inches by 4.5 inches. Petty, I know but still not what I needed. I cannot attest for cold times or usability, I’m sure they would have done great but I figured I would let future buyers know that the size stated is incorrect if that matters to you.

I have now bought about nine sets and for a reason. First you cannot beat the price to at least buy a set and try it. I needed a way to keep one of my pets cool outside during all this heat and it surprisingly keeps its chill for HOURS. It’s super thin and they look very nice. Well assembled too. I would buy these while you can just my two cents!
