It's a little difficult for me to swallow but I think it keeps my heart healthy

This product has some very good anti-oxidants. It has a fairly high Ubiquinol content making it a good source of CoQ10. However it should be noted that these are rather large pills, so if you have trouble swallowing pills that is something to note!As far as the nutritional content of this supplement goes, it all seems good, except that there is very large amount of Selenium (127%) which at least for me will prevent me from taking it because combined with my other supplements and the food I eat I am afraid I will end up with to much Selenium which can cause bad effects.However, I won’t dock any stars for that because its made clear on the description the amount of Selenium in this product, and if that’s what your looking for in a supplement, than that’s fine.Overall, if your looking for a Ubiquinol supplement with a lot of Selenium, these seem like a good choice, as long as you can deal with large pills.

Mediterranean essence is an interesting ingredient category. I didn't have any issues while taking this product.
