I followed the size guidelines when ordering but these are going to take a lot of stretching to fit comfortably. Otherwise, well constructed, nice material, love the no slip gel at the heel.

I bought these to wear under nylon knee-highs so my toes wouldn't end up poking through them by the end of the day. These are the first liners that have actually stayed in place and not creeped into a ball of fabric under my foot after having them on for awhile. They have silicone strips that help keep the back of the heel up and in place. I am totally satisfied and plan on purchasing more in the near future.
