**"A Defective Nightmare – Avoid This Scam of a Bed!"**
I purchased this bed, and it was a complete disaster. It arrived with a **clear manufacturing defect**—poorly made and completely misaligned. It was delivered by a trucking company, UPS, or whatever service they used, but when I requested a return, they agreed **in writing**—yet refused to send UPS to pick it up. Instead, they expected me to personally haul a **bed** to the post office. **How is that even remotely reasonable?**Let's talk about the packaging. I had to **rip open a filthy box** just to get the bed out and set it up. And, of course, once it was assembled, that's when I realized just how **poorly manufactured** this thing was. The final step required securing a hook over a bolt, but guess what? **Nothing lined up correctly!** The manufacturer had already pre-installed the hook and nut, but they did it so **incorrectly** that it was physically impossible to secure.This product is absolute **junk.** Do yourself a favor—**DO NOT BUY IT.** Fortunately, **Amazon stepped in** when they saw how ridiculous this situation was. They recognized the seller’s shady behavior, refunded my money, and even gave me permission to **throw this piece of garbage in the trash—where it belongs.**This vendor doesn’t even deserve **one star**—this is a **minus 12-star** disaster. **Avoid at all costs.**

Easy to assemble instructions were very easy to follow.
I made sure all parts/screw and nuts were counted for before putting the few pieces of the bed together.(has 1 extra screw for every part that needs to be put together.)Very easy build although It says you need two people to put it together but that’s not really needed.I made sure everything was functioning like rolling it around and testing the frame before opening the mattress.Seems like a great purchase. I will update in the future.
