Neopets: The Official Colouring Book Paperback – March 18, 2025

I love this coloring book! The pages tear out easily and are single-sided so markers won't bleed onto the next design. The pages are also very heavy paper. Very high quality materials, and the pictures are so cute and fun!

This is a lovely, nostalgic coloring book. The pages are thick, card stock and can easily be removed. They are single sided with the signature Neopets star pattern on the backs as well as the name of the artist. I haven’t looked into the fine details of all of the drawings but as I began on the baby Neopets one, I noticed some missing details on a few of the characters(see picture). A missing nose, mouth, and tag on three. Overall will recommend the book, but I hope future reprints fix the minor missing details.

As an elder player I was so excited to get this book. It did not disappoint. I love the artwork and thicker crisp pages. No bleeding between pages. I had alot of fun coloring each and every page.

This is the best coloring book ever!!! Daily Neopets player and love Neopets merchandise and this is the best coloring book I’ve ever gotten. The paper is amazing colored with permanent markers and no bleed through

I have always loved coloring! I was so happy when the adult coloring book craze started because there isn't anything "babyish" about coloring. It's fun, relaxing, and a great way to reduce stress. This book is great for both adult and kid Neopets fans!Many of the coloring books for adults are VERY detailed and intricate. They require a lot of precision and tiny space coloring. The end results are normally beautiful but they aren't as relaxed and easy going as this coloring book. There are lots of large spaces making it easy to use your favorite coloring method - crayons, pencils, or markers. Some pages have bigger, chunkier designs, others have smaller, more intricate designs.I love that the pages are one sides and have perforated edges. Sometimes it can be difficult to be precise when coloring in a book due to the binding. This way, you can tear out pages to make coloring easier. This is great for marker users as you don't have to worry about the colors bleeding through onto another coloring page on the back.My daughter is a pre teen and she loves everything DIY - crafts, coloring, painting, you name it! She is too old for most coloring books marketed towards kids. She loves the adult ones because they are more of a challenge but she ADORES this! She loves everything "cute" so this is right up her alley!The pages are nice and sturdy feeling. They don't feel like tissue paper that is going to tear or shred if you use markers. (something that we have experienced with cheapie coloring books) My daughter has already colored a few pages using markers and colored pencils and had no issues.There is also a page of stickers at the back of the book along with a special code that you can use on the Neopets website to redeem for something special!Definitely a must have for those that love Neopets and coloring!!!!! Pair it with some colored pencils, markers, or crayons and you have a nice little gift add on!

I have been a fan of Neopets since 2004, and preordered this coloring book six months ago I was so thrilled to see it. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed that a lot of the art is coloring pages already available on Neopets, while some work is original to the coloring book it isn’t very detailed nor super creative. For example, there’s a pattern page of omelettes with only three - maybe four - types copy and pasted on the page over and over instead of using about a dozen or even more, like there really is on Neopets. This seems to be a problem with most pattern pages.I would’ve loved to see more locations around Neopia, or the universe. For how long ago this book was announced I would’ve assumed it would’ve had more personality in the pages.That being said, the pages are one sided and tearable, which is great for marker users. It does give credits to the artist who did each page or it says if it was directly from the Neopets team. The pages are on the thicker side. I also do enjoy a lot of the art, I just wish some of the plain looking backgrounds had interesting art for me to color, such as locations! I sound like a broken record, but I really just can’t emphasize enough how much this book was lacking just by not including some really fun locations from around the world in the backgrounds. It’s such a missed opportunity!The stickers are of petpets which is adorable and fun. I haven’t used them yet so I can’t comment on their quality.
