I ordered this recliner based off of the reasonable price, style and the reviews I read prior to purchasing.Let me say the value of this recliner is amazing! It’s very easy to build, I did it myself. The recliner is very comfortable yet sturdy. I love how it is a rocker as well as the massage feature. The noise from the massage is very minimal and won’t disturb anyone else. I also like the color. It’s a nice neutral gray so it blends in well with my existing furniture. The side pockets are great to have on there and I love that it comes with 2 cup holders on each arm. Overall, I am completely happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this recliner. You definitely get a lot for the price and the quality is pretty good!

I'm always hesitant to buy furniture online for fear of it being sub-par. I was pretty fearful when the box for this recliner showed up because it seemed way too small to contain the chair I bought. I was pleasantly surprised once I got it unpacked. Obviously assembly is required, but it was not difficult (unless you're distracted by the tv like I was and put a piece backward and had to redo it! lol!) Once assembled the chair feels sturdy enough. The material feels soft and the fluffy parts are good and fluffy. I'm not real fond of the pull strap for making the chair recline, but it's not a deal breaker. It takes a little effort to make it fully recline, but it is new and I'm sure it'll need a little breaking in time. ( I don't have as much problem as my wife. She's about 5'4" and she has to make the chair rock sometimes to get a little assist.) As others have mentioned, you can feel the bar on the back piece, but a small pillow remedies that problem easily and again, not enough of a problem to be a deal breaker. The heat and massage settings are terrific and there's enough combinations to hit any sore spots you might have. 2 cup holders and multiple pockets can hold all your drinks, books, magazines, remotes and phones. All you need is a tv tray for your food and you won't have to get up for anything but bathroom breaks! Only time will tell how durable it is, but all in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

We love the chair! It was easy to put together and pretty comfortable. Everyone loves the heating and massage functions. It’s especially helpful to help me soothe a fussy newborn. It shipped within the time frame and arrived in good shape. I did have to manually fluff the cushions but not a big deal to me. Overall a great purchase!

I liked the price and faster than expected delivery. It was reasonably easy to assemble. The fabric looked like it might be coarse but it was very comfortable the arm rests have very little padding, but wasn't an issue. The only padding I found lacking was at the base of the back support if you sit farther back, you'll feel the metal frame bar. The only problem I had was with the pull cord to lift the leg portion. You have to manually put it back down and considering I bought it to recover in after back surgery, was a bit of a challenge because I can't bend, so used a cane, otherwise I would have given it a four star for the relative comfort to price and above average heat and massage functions. Apparently I didn't post this, but three months later the heat stopped working.

The chair was very easy to put together. it’s very comfortable. I work 12 hours a day and a factory and when I come home from work, I hit the chair to fill the heat and not only the heat the massaging to soothe my achy body from a 12 hour days worth of work it came fairly quick. I have no complaints of the chair. Only the collar I picked was gray. It’s not so much gray as it looks like a blue jean collar and I’ve thought it was going to be a different fabric than what it was, but still no complaints. It’s very cushiony that does the job. the reason for the four stars is due to the color and type of fabric used. but for the comfy and size of chair i would give it 5 stars. i also love how it rocks as well.

The chair is a nice comfy chair..Like the vibration and heat . It helps a lot due to my health.. and I like to recline and sit back and relax.. but now the footstool does not want to go down all the way so I have to force it halfway down to be able to get out and then what I want to come back into the chair I got to come in front of the chair at force it down halfway to get back into the chair... I tried everything to try to get it down even my son used his legs when he sat down you have tried to force it down and it will not go down.. I spoken to them regarding about the chair and they told me that I cannot use my legs all I have the force it down by using my heels.. I didn't know the chair it's going to have to be forced to close down the foot rest each time it shouldn't have to do that.. I told them I like the chair and it's already here and I need the chair and they just told me I have to force it down pretty much with my heel I am very displeased with these people they're not seeming like they want to help I do not buy the chair to have a force anything down specially for almost $300 for everything for the chair and the deliveryI got the chair for my health and now they expect me to use my legs to force something each time I use it if I recline beware of buying this chair but if you do buy the chair I hope at least you do not have to force it if you recline it's ridiculous not pleased at all
