Great for vegan and vegetarian cooking
Salty and smokey and delicous. The opportunities are limitless with this stuff and you can really add it to any dish that requires a little oomph. I like it for tofu, carrot bacon, seitan, portobello burgers and mexican dishes. If you are craving an charred meaty taste give this a try.
