Very good Stethoscope
I own one of these. First time I have heard 3rd heart sound with. It is quiet but clear heart sounds. This is on par with Littmann Cardiology III which are comparable models. Do not believe in poor reviews. It was on the seller who may have sent him a used one. The quality is top notch.
