I like to eat as healthily as possible and as i have started making my own ice cream I decided to try this product to replace the chocolate i had been using to flavour it. Today I made my first batch of Black Forest Ice Cream using the powder. It was absolutely delicious and I will continue to use it in all my recipes needing chocolate. I just liquidised two over-ripe bananas, added about 100 ml of cream, three heaped teaspoonsful of the raw cacao powder, mixed well and then added a few frozen Morello cherries and popped it in the freezer - delicious, no added sugar needed nor artificial flavouring. Took about 5 minutes to make and I freeze it in individual portions - lovely. I love this Raw Cacao Powder and will certainly buy it again, I am very happy to recommend it.

Absolutely love this. It is the first time I have tried it and I didn't really know what to expect but it was surprisingly nice. I have recently been making Smoothies in a Nutribullet and I am trying to lose weight and give up chocolate. It is fairly strong and I started with a small teaspoon and have progressed to a whole tablespoon! I think this packet will go a long way and I am planning on buying more before it runs out.

This is a bitter tasting powder and does not taste like your regular chocolate for those that are thinking it will. It tastes more bitter than regular dark chocolate but this was expected as I've had cacao before. Excellent for use in smoothies, recommend you add some sort of sweetener in there to make it more chocolatey, honey is a good choice.
