Q: Does this really need to be kept refrigerated?

Hi Rosa no it doesn’t! I have never put this in the fridge! Just make sure it’s in a cool place and not sitting out in the heat. I’ve mine in the kitchen cupboard and it’s still fresh. I hope this helps you!:-)

I would say yes. It is the nicest, smoothest chocolate powder I have found. It is not harsh ,as opposed to bitter. Also it is one of the few chocolates that does not give me a headeache. 5 out of 5 for me. Hope you have the same experience.

Q: Is this cacao Dutch-processed?

I am sorry the last raw cacao powder was not from a supplier I have used before, I have looked on the packaging but I don't know where it was processed I can't understand the words
